I'm John! I have lived in Myrtle Beach for 10 years and moved downtown a couple years ago. Originally from Greensboro, North Carolina, my love of a downtown urban landscape started there. The mix of cultures, walkability, and natural beauty is something I fall in love with pretty quickly. So here I am! Living and working in the heart of a what I think can be the best city on the East Coast. Next to real estate, my passion is community, which has called me to volunteer with downtown revitalization, local animal organizations, and more. I also currently serve on Myrtle Beach City Council.
